一、华测高压漏电起痕试验仪产品简介：
        华测新型高电压起痕试验仪为华测公司2013年重点科研产品（2022年升推荐），新的高压漏电试验仪采用西门子控制系统精度更高，摈弃了现有的低压切断原原理，采用独有的高压真空切断技术，使试验过程更加合理。采用5组电流传感器用以控制每组试验的高压切断，使数据采集更加jing确，同时本设备采用电力系统过压过流保护装置，使仪器更加安全。


二、华测高压漏电起痕试验仪满足标准：
    高压漏电起痕试验机适用于对电工电子产品、家用电器及其材料进行耐电痕化和蚀损的试验，模拟在工频（48Hz - 62Hz）下，用液体污染物和斜面试样，通过耐电痕化和蚀损的测量评定在严酷环境条件下使用的电气绝缘材料的耐电痕化和蚀损等。本机是严格按照GB/T6553-2003 及 IEC60587-1984设计制造。

三、华测高压漏电起痕试验仪参数规格：
1、电：厚0.5mm 材质：不锈钢；
2、上下电距离：50.0mm±0.1；
3、试验电压：100V-6000V；
4、调压器：输出：0～250V可以调，容量5KVA；
5、试验变压器：容量5KVA，zui高输出电压AC6000V（或DC6000V可选）；
6、稳压器：输出AC220V 功率6000W，精度±1%；
7、回路电流为60mA时，切断电压输出；

11、起痕判断：
    依标准GB/T6553-2003/4.1.2规定，在试样上施加电压（2.5k V,3. 5k V和4.5k V），并以一定流速滴污染液，在60mA以下的电流持续6H不过流即为通过。
12、滴液装置：
    采用雷弗精密蠕动泵，流量范围0.00185 ～20毫升/分钟，工作转速0.1～50转/分钟，流量精度误差：＜0.5%；（根据试验电压自动控制）
13、输出电压：交流/直流（可切换）
14、实验组数：五组 15、控制装置：采用西门子PLC+台湾威纶触摸屏控制，控制精密，操作简单，设计人性化，试验结束自动生成报告，面板热敏打印机可以适时打印试验结果； 15、工作室体积：900L*650W*950H(mm)；容积为0.56m3。

A, product overview:
